I guess I don't ever blog anymore because..I'm busy? Or boring? Maybe both!

The most recent news would be that I'm preparing to start college in the fall..a year early. I'm both excited and nervous..and desire your prayers!

Christmas was great! Family time and presents...what more could a girl want?! New Year's Eve was spent at the Bald Knob church...it was lots of fun! Now it's halfway into the first month of the New Year and I wonder what I'll have accomplished by this time next year..

I didn't make any NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTIONS, because I never keep them! :)

Okay..is that enough to get you guys off my back?:):) Jokingg.

She's Still The One...

The Church of God is still The One.
That was the theme for Family Retreat in OK this year.
We had classes focused on "How do you know there is only One?" and "What makes her the One?"
Uncle Rob tought our class..and pretty much it came down to this::God says so, and that's the way it is. :) haha Easy enough to understand for most, right? So then we looked at Scriptures supporting this..
Anywaysss..
Bro. and Sis. Honeycutt came all the way from Harrisburg, Arkansas..along w/ a few of their church members!
There were 31 there from Arkansas and 38 from Oklahoma..
Funny thing is.::.24/31 from Arkansas..were Dixons! haha :)
Many asked if it was secretly a family reunion..and actually..it might have been :p haha
The Friday night service was very very good! Bro. Honeycutt is a wonderful minister!
Des, her mom (Aunt Shana/Aunt Charlotte's sister) and Mamaw Mary (Aunt Charlotte's mom) got there Saturday around twelve..oh how excited I was to lay eyes on my DesBriAlex!!<3
That night, they both got saved, sanctified, and filled with the Holy Ghost!!
Our many nights of prayer paid off!! ChaCha said she knew if she could get them to camp, God would take care of the rest..and Oh! How right she was!! That night was glorious!!
I know that they will be faced with temptations and Satan will try to decieve them, but with our prayers they can make it..just like every one of us.
The saddest day:::Sunday. Leaving Destiny.
It was hard..
But "Absence makes the heart grow fonder.." So Mamy tells us anyway..
At least we have Facebook//blog//texting//Myspace..all kinds of stuff to keep in touch! :)

Now, Emma and Madison are here!! Mamy, Uncle Rob, and Kaylee are coming down this weekend to pick them up and go to the Fall Festival here in Mtn. View..
It was a spur of the moment decision, but now they have to come..after all, their kids are here!! haha

those are pretty much my best excuses for not blogging :p

i've been trying to do LOTSS of school lately..i wanna have at least 3 subjects finished by christmas..

so anyways, i don't have much time, but it's been like..13?days since i posted anything at all! :( bad cindi.

we're leaving friday for family retreat..((literally a FAMILY retreat, i'd say..allll of our family is goin to be there :D haha))

today is luke's bday so we'll be going to church in bald knob tonight, then out to eat :)

but now i need to get back to school!!

Lots Of Exciting News:)

Well I guess it's time for me to post again :) haha Alot has happened here lately.
The most exciting::my dad got saved! :D All those hours of prayer and the visit to Family Camp really paid off! I've been studying alot about God's faithfulness..He'll never let us down, and that sure does make me HAPPY :D

Next thing, Destiny is coming to Family Retreat!! And so are her mom and grandma ((known as Mamaw Mary to some of us)) That is really exciting too!! Here they are..coming to camp..unsaved..but convicted. So prayerfully they leave saved!

Hmm..so not only am I excited about the retreat, but I'm excited about seeing Destiny!! Of course :p

Ministers convention was wonderful!! The messages were awesome, and tied right on in with Ladies Retreat..just great :) Tonight revival starts in Mtn. View w/ Bro. Stephen Smith..then I think our Bro. Smith will be here..Friday night? Or maybe Saturday..nontheless, I'm excited!

Road Trip!!

Hello there :)

Road trip? Well, not exactly. But it was an adventure of sorts..
Nana decided she needed her car, because she has been with Aunt Audrey since she had her knee surgery, without a car.
So Mamy told me that I was to drive Nana's car (the new one? Yeessss!) to her. I followed Mamy, but I was still nervous! I was driving a new car all by myself! :S
But now we're here, in Bald Knob..again :p

I wish we could go to the block party in Oklahoma, but unless ChaCha or somebody from Mtn. View goes, I don't think I'll be able to make it.

I encourage everyone to look at Mamy's blog! No, she didn't post..haha But she picked out a layout and we fixed it up real pretty! :) And ChaCha's too! :D

Okay, so I'm a total slacker :(
But I'm here now so it's okay, right? Right. Well..that's what I tell myself anyway.
So about my birthday:
It was GREATTTT :) So much fun! The cake was yummy yummy delicious, the people were loads of fun, and the presents were amazing! :D
I GOT LUGGAGEEE :) There wasn't any certain kind that I wanted, but I just know I would've picked out EXACTLY what Mamy got! Well, Mamy picked it out I hear, and everybody chipped in some money for it :) Besides that I got money, gift cards to Wal*Mart and Bath&Body Works, candy, a devotion book, and TONSS of cards.

Other than the party..well let's see..I got to see my Destiny!! As always, we savored every moment we had together :p

I've been going to the library where it's QUIET to get school done. A very successful plan, really! I've pretty much decided to work on about two classes at a time until they're all done, saving math and chemistry for last..since those are the ones I dislike the most :(

Oh and I almost forgot!! CINDI HAS HER LICENSE:) Isn't that so..cool? And maybe a little scary for some of you! :S haha Mamy took me up there to get it yesterday, and since I already had my permit I just needed to take another picture. And guess what? The picture actually turned out good! None of my permit pics were EVER good! But this one is! That makes me so happy :D

Ministers convention and revival w/ Bro. Stephen Smith are coming up soon! Totally exciting.

Well..now it doesn't look like I get to see Des Sunday..which makes me totally sad *tears roll down face*

I guess I like school okay..I need to do a lot to catch up, but I'll eventually get it done! :p

So now I'm watching the marathon of Lincoln Heights..getting ready for the new season tonight :) :) I'm excited! :) :)

MY DESTINY!! Yes, that's right. :) Today mom called me and started talking about birthday parties..which gets me super happy! I told her that I'd call and order my cupcakes ((arranged in flower patterns :p)) and Mindi's cake..((with some kind of horse design)) and make reservations at Riverside Park. Then I asked myself, "Why are you planning your own party crazy kid?!?!" The only possible reason..I want it to be something that I enjoy VERY much! After all, you only turn 16 once :)

So we've made cake arrangements and park plans..called most of the family..and Stevie! Stevie is Destiny's stepmom. I really want Des to be able to come, but the only way I'd know if she had dance practice..or softball practice, was to call and find out. So I did. And..Stevie said that she would talk to Destiny's dad and she was pretty sure they could work it out!! That would be the best present ever! Since we live so far away and all... :(

Anywhooo..that's what I've been up to. Planning my party. And Mindi's party :p Since our birthdays are only 3 days apart, we always have our "celebration" together, but this year mom was worried that I wouldn't want to have it together since it's my.."Sweet Sixteen." I said, "Mom..if it was my wedding, it might be a big deal..but since it's just my birthday..it's fine!" haha I really don't care to share a party w/ my sister..we've done it all of our lives, after all. And plus, we really hang out w/ the same people..our family is the same. And church family..all the same! So it's not that big of a deal :)

We Give It All To You...

Hi! :)

I know it's been a while...but I haven't really had anything to blog about!! Now I've read Gracie's blog and teared up :( I love that girl! It seems to me like she's very right about the "adding zits and opposite gender" to your problems as you grow up, instead of just having to worry about knowing your ABC's! Anyways, after reading her post, I had to go read Bro. Jacob Doran's post about Gracie's weddding and his Cinderella's. THAT made me emotional.

On a happier note *:)* Aunt Charlotte asked Des and I to write some devotions and right now we're switching back and forth with her about the fruit of the spirit. These devotions have really helped and blessed me since camp, and I really thank the Lord for her devotion to us! Instead of just e-mailing them out, we each posted them on Myspace too. Myspace isn't always..good. So hopefully somebody will read them and ask questions! :) Just another way of spreading the Word.

Nana is going to take me to buy a new laptop case today :) I want a prettyyyyyy one! ;)

Oh yeah...and my 16th birthday is in 16 days! *smilesss*

Home..At Last

Well hello :)

I'm home! Okay, I've actually been home since Sunday afternoon. We went to church in Bald Knob Sunday and went out to eat with Bro.&.Sis. Wantulok, Sean, Tyler Pierce, David, Tasha, and Luke. After we ate, we [[we being me, my mom and Mindi]] went over to their house and mom talked to them about houses to rent in the area. I'm so excited about moving!! Not only will we be close to a church, but we'll be close to the Wantuloks! I absolutely adore that family!

So yesterday...isn't much to talk about. I went to Kyle's house. [[Kyle Wilson is like my best hang out buddy around here, if you didn't know!]] We cleaned his room [[haha..nothing unusual] ate..more fun! Oh! And watched August Rush since I had never watched it before! :) It was pretty good, but I hate the ending!!

Today it looks like we're sitting around the house...oh joy! :S

Goodmorning :)

Well, where should I start? Yesterday was Mamy and Uncle Rob's 9th year of being married! Awwh :) He got her a two hour massage appointment-45 of those minutes focused on the face :) Along with that were roses and a dinner at Olive Garden. Isn't he sweet? :)

Since they were out doing their romantic thing [[okay, eating dinner]] alone [[okay, with baby Kaylee..she is dependant on Mamy, ya know?]] I watched Emma and Madison for the second time that day. Earlier when Mamy went for her massage, Uncle Rob was at work so I was alone. That's when I called Tabatha [[one of their friends around here :)]] and she came over and took the twins swimming for about half an hour while I watched Kaylee. Then it was naptime!! Madison had told me earlier that she was ready for a nap. I almost passed out with relief!! Now don't get me wrong. They aren't bad kids at all! :) They can just be a handful. Especially when it's one little Cindi and THREE little chitlins :) The second time around [[for their dinner]] wasn't so bad. They sat and watched Happy Feet..well for the most part they sat. Occasionally they jumped around on the couch and I had to remind them of the wooden spoon that was left for me :) haha

Today we're leaving for Mtn. View..I have no idea when we will actually leave... :) Nobody is packed, including me..somewhat. We're heading that way not only to drop me off after my trip to Arizona, but to attend our family reunion tomorrow. When all the Dixons get together..rest assured it's a fun time :) haha You know what I mean if you know any member of my family..craziness!!

Okay, well that's about it for now :) I'm going to go read my book now :)

Hair&&Babies :)

Good morning!

It truly is the morning..bleck! I'm not a morning person. I was at Paul and Gracie's house though :) haha

Anyways, I had a long night last night! We got home from church around nine and Mamy had Uncle Rob give the twins a snack and get ready for bed. After she calmed Kaylee down, she was ready to do hair! :) :) Yes, I got highlights. And not the usual blonde! I have allll kinds of colors in my hair naturally..blonde, brown and some auburn color. Well, a spur of the moment decision let to auburn highlights. I love it! I'll try to take a picture and post it later.

Today is Mamy and Uncle Rob's anniversary. Nine years. So long ago that he moved my beloved Mamy away from me! :) He left her a note on the fridge. "READ NO LATER THAN AUGUST 28TH, 2008 AT 10 AM AND NO EARLIER THAN AUGUST 28, 2008 AT 9 AM." Well, he brought that note in here about 2 days and I believe she's been very anxious to get at it! He let me read it when he got here..since I am babysitting! :) Wow! Emma, Madison and Kaylee for 3 hours. It doesn't sound too difficult, but don't let them fool you. They can be a mess! However, a very adorable, loving, cute mess. :)

I can't tell what Mamy is going to be doing yet..she just might want to see for herself! So I'll tell about that later :)

I guess I'm going to go drink some coffee...I have the feeling I'm going to need it today!!

[[Oh Gracie! I finished that book from Ashley! It was amazing! I don't know how long you're going to be in Arizona now..where do you want me to send it to??]]

It Finally Hit Me..

I woke up this morning..and Grace wasn't sitting at the end of my sleeping bag//air mattress on the laptop. I was in a strange room. No longer in Arizona. It made me sad all over again! I just can't believe that my trip is already over! I tried to go swim and lay out..but I was lonely. Now you see, if I was in Arizona, Grace would've been w/ me and I wouldn't have been lonely. Oh well :(

I guess we might go to get some groceries and go buy postage to mail Jacob some pictures today [[there are some in there for you too Gracie!]] but if we don't do that then we'll most likely just stay around the house, which is fine with me! :) I'm enjoying this book very much!

Earlier today I went swimming w// Emma and Madison while Mamy shifted around from swimming to laying out to putting Kaylee to sleep to laying out again :) Another thing that hit me. It's quite hot here, but nothing like in Arizona! I don't like being hot all the time, but I sure do miss being there!! :(

Well, nothing else has happened and I can't promise that anything more excited will be happening, but I can't stop blogging and let my Gracie baby down! :) haha

You Say Hello..I Say Goodbye :(

Hi!

Well, I don't really know where to start! I know I super slacked on the blogging while I was in Arizona, but I just had so much fun! Paul and Gracie were amazing! I can't even describe how much I enjoyed staying w/ them! At first Paul and I were both nervous and meeting each other, but it turns out that we got along fantastically! In the days that I was there, I locked myself out of Grace&Paul's apartment, knocked myself out with a handicap swing, bought super tiny Converse, made NUMEROUS jokes w// the Shulers *including the Jonas brothers title of my post* :), peed out my eyes *insider..not as gross as it sounds :)*, hugged Bro. Shuler *smiles*..and so much more! Oh! I slowly upgraded sleeping arrangements too! The first couple of nights we kept forgetting to get the air mattress from the Shuler's house, so I slept on two sleeping bags and with every blanket in the house! Eventually I moved on up to the air mattress :) Then yesterday, Paul and Grace bought a couch! So my final night (*tear tear*) I slept on it! Last night was full of tears..I hated it! I tried (unsuccessfully) not to cry..as soon as I saw tears in Megan's eyes I couldn't stop the flow! Grace and Paul were funny in the car on the way back to their apartment..so that kinda cheered me up! :) But this morning when Grace took me to the airport..I cried more. Then when Grace texted me while I was waiting at my gate, I cried some more. Then when I talked to Grace to let her know I landed safely, I cried some more. Then when I told Mamy about all the GREAT//FUN//AMAZING stuff that we did, I cried some more. I think my tears have finally reached the point of no return..

This summer has been the best I've ever had. God has truly blessed me! Not only was I able to go to two conventions and camps, but I have been to so many places! Oklahoma, the Assembly in Tennessee, Mtn. View, Arizona..New Mexico! I've really had a blast!

Right now I'm in Oklahoma w/ Mamy and Uncle Rob, the twins, and Kaylee. I'm staying here until our Dixon family reunion on the 30th. After that, I'm finally going back home to start homeschooling! I'm about ready to return to the normality of my life..but I'm sure gonna miss everybody that I got to visit w/ this summer! Hopefully next summer will be just as wonderful!!

There's no way in the world that I have enough time or room to post all of my favorite pictures from my Arizona trip! :) However, they are ALLLLL on Facebook and Myspace, so you guys are welcome to look there!

So wow.
These people are pretty awesome!! :)
Today::
I woke up around 4:46 am when Des txtd me to say goodmorning..it was only 6:46 there and I think she forgot about the TIME CHANGE..but i suppose it was a good thing that I woke up to her and not Paul, who was about to leave around that time. Then I went back to sleep. Imagine that. :)
Later in the morning Grace and I both woke up! I think we started out the day swimming//laying out//reading. We had quite the experience eh Gracie?? :) haha
Showers were next. Getting dressed. Kind of :) ahaha *wink at Grace*
Umm..then came the watching of Hairspray. Yes, it is true. I have never watched it. Until today.
Paul came home during the movie..
I'm not sure what happened next..I've been kinda tired so the days pass in a blur! Okay, so it's not that bad..but still. I don't remember what we did after that. Maybe I wasn't paying attention b/c I was texting :) ha
Anyways, family dinner was tonight so we went to Grandma Bunny's house :)
Ehhh...after we ate we sat at the table and talked..
Then Megan and Jacob taught me how to play the marble game :) :) Fantastical. It's really quite hard...I ended up w// 4 left on my best game!
Then we played "Crack the Case."
Wowww. Bizzarrreee. It's kinda..fun//weird//silly//lotsss of other words ;)
The ride home was..interesting.

I pretty much love being here.
I'm not looking forward to having to leave :(
BUT that's a whollleeee week away!! Yay :)

Umm well. I flew. In a plane. It was amazing//scaryish..I only thought the plane was going to crash once when the flight attendant mentioned we would be facing "slight turbulence." Uh oh. Anyways...I'm at Grace and Paul's house and it's kinda late...but I felt kinda bad for not ever posting! haha

So when I got here we went to the Shulers and watched a movie and played games..it was pretty darn fun :)

Today we went to church..pretty awesome :)

And now I'm soooo sleepy, so I'm going to bed!

I've Got Something To Praise God For :)

Good morning :)

This morning when I got out of bed I started thinking about a devotion that ChaCha sends some of us ((me, Des, Emily, Jess, Tori, Tayler..pretty much all of her nieces and then anyone who asks)). The one that came to mind was titled I've Got Something To Praise God For. The devotion talked about looking at your eye color in the mirror, raising your arms to give God thanks, and walking. These are simple things that we automatically take advantage of each day-tasks that millions of people in the world only wish they could perform. So now when I get out of bed I know it's important to take the time to praise God that I can talk, see, and walk, rather than waiting for something to happen that I think is worthy of praise.

Wellll, now that I'm done with that, there's something I want to say soooo bad b/c I'm really excited about it...BUTTTT I CAN'T. It would totally ruin everything. So if I can remember, I'll post about it after this weekend! :)

Right now Mamy plans on leaving Mtn. View Friday...Friday. As in the day before Saturday. The day before I go to Arizona. The day before the EARLY morning that I go to the airport to fly to Arizona. I'm starting to wonder how that is going to affect my dear sleep that I happen to love so very much...

Okey dokey...that's it for now :) Nothing much has happened in the 30 minutes that I've been awake!

My Help Comes From The Lord::The Maker of Heaven and Earth*

I'm home!! Well, not exactly home, but back in Mtn. View at nana and papa's house. Mom came up here today to register our homeschooling stuff and all that..it's been good to finally see her! Okay. I have SO much to say that I'm not sure where to start. First I should say that I had an amazing time at the assembly and I'm so blessed. I have a wonderful family, a best friend who is ALWAYS going to be there for me no matter what, a church family that i love, and new friends. It was very very hard to be there w/o Destiny. She's my support system. My lifeline. My everything..when I need to talk to someone, she's there. When I need someone to pray for me b/c I've been getting sick all night, she's there. When it's time to go to the altar, we're there for each other..but she wasn't there in body this time, and that made it hard. I know that she watched every possible minute that she could on the internet, and I'm thankful she was at least able to do that. This time w/o her made me realize that even when Des isn't with me, I'm never really alone. First and foremost, I have God. Then I have all the wonderful people in The Church of God [[which I too became a member of on August 7, 2008 :)]]

The assembly was like a family reunion! I got to see everybody from Family Camp :) and Youth Camp. It's just nice to know that they're there. :)

Right now I'm really excited about being able to go to Arizona and hear Bro. Chris preach! And seeing Grace Elizabeth Shuler Alexander!!!! We are just going to have a totally amazing time together! I know this because we always do :) :)

Bro. Carter's message really touched my heart. There are alot of storms that I'm going through but I'm not alone. Everyone has trials to go through and it's time that we realize that God is the only one that can pull us through.

I took over 200 pictures but I'm not able to put them on here w/ the computer at the library and nana's computer is TOOOO slow, but maybe while I'm w/ Gracie we can get some on here :)

There is so much more to say. Tooo much more to say...but I can't even find the words to get my thoughts on this blog!!

I guess I'm gonna go now :)

Lock-In//Assembly//Arizona!!

Helllooo :)

Well yesterday was quite interesting...Aunt Mel, Mindi, Shannon, Blakley, and I went to the lock-in hosted by Austin church in Cabot. Now lock-ins aren't meant for sleep and Cindi neeeeds sleep..

Anyways, the night started out w// games [[dogdeball, Don't Forget the Lyrics, and some crazy game that involved rolling around on the floor that I didn't feel like being interested in :)]] They fed us pizza *yummy* and for the most part everybody just sat around and talked...it was pretty fun. Until about four o'clock. That's when I found a pillow [[actually I brought my own pillow]] and a blanket [[the extra fabric from Stephen's famous chair]] and layed down on the cooooold floor. I thought I'd be able to go to sleep just fine. Really. BUT Stephen, Ryan, Ben, Seth and Jeremy are loud. And they can be quite annoying. Well really only about two of them, but still. Those guysss...ohh goodness. I did go to sleep though...around 4:30 and then Aunt Mel woke us up at six! OMW. So as soon as we got home Mindi and I RAN to the bedroom and immidiately fell asleep. We woke up when Papa asked us to go to a different bed so he could come in that room and play music...lol :) So then we moved to HIS room and snoozed on some more...I finally woke up around four and now it's about six thirty-nine.

Tomorrow we have church and then Monday we're leaving for the Assembly so I need to have everything packed up at least by tomorrow night...

Well I guess I don't have much else to say! Except that I'm so ready for the Assembly! And going to Arizona!! :) :) :)

I dont' have much to say..
The lock-in is tonight at Austin and I wish Destiny Brianna was going to be there. She had to go w/o me last year and now I have to go w/o her. Not cool :( *tear*

Anywayss..I'm at the library and for some silly reason they have TIME LIMITS and of course I didn't blog until I had like 5 minutes left. Call me crazy.

I'm all packed up and ready to leave Monday for the Assembly! I wish Grace was going to be there but she can't *more tears* I'll take tonss of pics for you babe! :)

Nana and Papa bought a new car. It's verrry gorgeous :) :) :) A 2007 Buick Lacross? [[i dont even know how to start to spell it, but you get my point]] :)

I'm sooo ready for my Mamy to be here this w/kend! Wooo hooooo!! And going to Arizona? Flying by myself?? Yess. So ready!

Helllooo!

Okay first of all I just HAVE to say that I'm soooo proud of myself ((but it's really my motivation to keep Gracie happy)) for blogging this much! This is my 21st post! Wooo hoooo :) Yayyy! haha I had a blog like two years ago and I accidently found it from Mamy's blog and I posted on it like...eeehhh...five times? So as you can see, I'm doing MUCH MUCH better this time around! :)

Well...Destiny is in Batesville w// her mom and Nana is supposed to take me and Mindi shopping there tmrw so I thought since it's almost Dessie's birthday, why not just ask her and Shanna to come w// us and celebrate? So I did and Des said they probably can so I can't wait! Another day w// my love <3

Yesterday we finally did it! Rode horses! :) I'm sore, as always, but there's just something about it...lol Oh yeah! How could I forget Daniel's outhouse visit?? Mindi and I, being the kind, loving, wonderful sisters that we are, gently grabbed Daniel by his arms and legs and carried him to the outhouse at the rodeo arena where we were riding. Aunt Mel took lots of great pics! haha In the end we had to let him go b/c the smell was TOOOO much for me to handle...ugh disgusting! I wonder how people ever lived without bathrooms!! It just amazes me...

Nana and Papa are still looking for a new car to take to the Assembly. For those of you who didn't know, she hit a deer...so now Papa calls the car the "deer slayer" which doesn't quite make sense to me b/c she didn't actually "slay/kill" the deer? Oh well...he's a silly man! :)

Welll...wanna know the greatttt neewwwsss? Mamy is going to the Assembly!! Woooo hoooo!! I'm sooo happy!

More great news?? Mamy looked up tickets for me to go to Arizona! :) Talk about excited! That's me. Cindi Leigh Shaw ;) We pretty much have to the dates and alll that good stuff...Gracie baby...here I come to your house! hahahha

Today was pretty uneventful...I helped nana w/ the laundry (there's always PLENTY to do w/ all the people around here) and updated my blog! Yay! I put some pictures over on the side...yesss. Go look! :) Oh yeah! Plus I got to talk to JaCoB today! :)

Then I got hungry. So I went and asked Nana Banana (that's what I call her when I want/need something...she says) if she knew what I wanted to eat. She said she did know, so I asked. She said I wanted steak. I said sure I do! I went in there wanting her to make me a grilled cheese sandwich, but if she wanted to go out and eat steak, who am I to try and stop her?!?! Therefore, I had to shower and get dressed (haha--Des, I showered? Yesss.) and me, Nana, Papa, and Mindi went out to the steakhouse! Yummy yummy delicious!

Well that's been about it...more fun tmrw? Probably not...haha

Heyyy!

Well the day is almost over so I thought maybe enough has happened today to blog about...it was full of good and bad news...
Bad News::: Grace and Paul aren't going to the assembly.
Uncle Rob won't be able to go to the assembly.
In the middle news::: Mamy MIGHT go to the assembly.
Good News::: Aunt Mel and Uncle James are buying their land to start building their new house.
Uncle Rob is going to look for plane tickets for me to go to Arizona :) :)

I'm pretty excited about the assembly...we went down to the church around 6 and made signs for the VLB march with the Farthings, Wesley and Amanda Hill, ChaCha, and a bunch of little Dixon kids.
We ate pizza, had devotion, and played games. It was just pretty fun!!!

Anywaysss...I'm still missing Destiny Brianna like crazyyy <3
BUT WAIT. She'll be in Mtn. View tomorrow! So there is a chance that we will see each other!! I'm sooo excited!!!

Good Books and Good Music :)

Heyyy!

This morning I woke up around 11:30 due to the fact that I was up until 2:15 having a disagreement with the one person who matters most to me...but that's a different story and old news. It's so over now :)

The only thing getting me through these longgg days is a book I picked up at the library and my ipod. Oh! And the constant yelllinggg, screeeching, and screammminggg of all twenty thousand kids here! :)

Anywaysss the kids are all soooo excited about putting up the new pool nana bought yesterday and Aunt Mel is outside helping them at this very moment..Uncle James said we can probably ride horses tomorrow..I'm so ready! Last time we went riding I was so sore that it hurt to try to go to the bathroom! Hopefully it won't be that bad this time! The sad thing is, I know I'm going to be sore, yet I still ride...I can't help it! It's sooo...peaceful. Most the time ;P

Last night I rode over to Aunt Melanie's dad's house after church with Uncle James. Believe it or not, I enjoy those "talks" we have! :)

Well here I am! Yes, I'll admit to the fact that I have been slacking but I'll also provide a very good reason. Nothing interesting enough to blog about has been happening. Except the fact that after spending a month straight w/ the love of my life [[Destiny Brianna Alexis Turner]] she was taken away from me to return home three miserable days ago. *multiple tears*
We cried for a longg time before she left, a longgg time after she left, and I still find myself crying at different times in the day...haha Today, just a minute ago, I ate a pickle...just because that's her favorite. Okay seriously she's like addicted, but whatever. Maybe you guys don't understand why this is such a big deal...so I'll take time to explain. Des and Cindi have been inseperable since birth. Actually I was born around a year before her, but since she was born, we've been together. At least when we were younger and lived in the same town. Now we treasure the summer moments we get to spend together...and bawl loudly when those moments end. Like last Sunday. The moment ended. It was very very very tearful.

Anywayyssss...yesterday was an adventure of sorts...Nana and Papa decided to go look at a car and left me here w/ the kiddies. Those kiddies included:: Mindi, Daniel, Shannon, Blakley, Mekenzi, Emily and Dakota. Wowww. Okay so I thought "Well it'll be fine. They won't be gone that long." But for those of you who know my nana, nothing is fast when she is involved. She can carry on a two hour conversation about NOTHING. So it wasn't fast and the children were hungry. Oh boy. For those of you who know Cindi, she can't coooook. Not good w/ a million starving kids. So I made Ramen noodles. They probably weren't too great, but I kindly told them that if they complained I knew how to mix up dog food :) Needless to say, they didn't complain. Good girls and boys I tell ya. :)

Okay well this was kinda long..and hopefully not too boring :)

Hellooo! I'm backkk!! :)

Well, it's been a week and so much has happened! I kept my word. I took tonsss of pictures at camp! However...I haven't put them on the computer yet b/c I'm on Mel Mel's laptop and it's being superrr slow right now! So pictures will come later and until you see them, I'm afraid I just can't explain how WONDERFUL camp was! I'm so thankful that God blessed me and allowed me to be at TWO conventions and TWO camps this year! I've never been able to do that but I think He knows that I really needed it at this point in my life...I've made many many many changes in my life..thanks to those experiences.

Right now I'm at my nana and papa's house in Mtn. View...I do believe I'll be here until the assembly...

Umm guess what? I haven't been to my house since before the first convention and camp...which was about June 8th...so I've been wearing the same clothes [[washed of course :)]] for a month and a half...I'm so glad I always pack wayyyy more clothes than I know I'm actually going to need! haha

I'm soooo excited about going to stay with Grace!! I just can't wait! :)

Hey!

Well I thought that I wouldn't be able to post again until after camp once we left Destiny's house but on the last day of convention it hit me like a train.."Uncle Rob has a laptop!" So here I am :)

We're all [[and when I say all I mean Uncle Rob, Mamy, Emma, Madison, Kaylee, Cindi, Mindi, Destiny, Cha Cha, Uncle Wayne, Emily, and Dakota]] staying at the Days Inn for another night and leaving for camp tomorrow. I'm soo excited! It'll be hard to beat the wonderfullll time I had at Family Camp but I'm ready for whatever happens! :)

Everyone is asleep right now so I thought it'd be a good time to THINK! haha It's super hard to hear myself speak when we're all together...our family is huge anyway...so when we all STAY together? Ohhh emmmm wwwwwww. It's a crazy mess! But wait. I enjoy the crazy mess and I love them to death!

Baby Kaylee's dedication was today before appointments were made. Bro. Michael Jernigan dedicated her [[he also dedicated Emma and Madison three years ago]] and believe me I took plenty of pictures! I actually don't have many pictures from the convention because I kept forgetting that I have my own camera and leaving it in the motel room!! However...I'll take tonssss of pictures at camp!! But back to the size of our family and Kaylee's dedication. Okay...so before he started he gave the Dixton clan a little time to move toward the middle section to take pictures and about half the congregation moved! :) He said "My my, this is a beautiful family!" haha It's funny that he mentioned that...Aunt Mel and I were just talking the other day about how BIGGGG our family is! I just don't know what I'd do without all the noise...

Alrighty. So camp starts tomorrow and I'm readyyyy! Uncle Rob and Bro. Byron Difani are going to be the camp directors next year...I had no idea Sis. Carol [[haha my second cousin by the way]] was going to be...errr...resigning. It made me a little teary eyed, but I understand that it's hard to organize something like that and I think Uncle Rob and Bro. Byron will do a fantastical job! I told Uncle Rob that he had little shoes and a big mouth to fill :) haha After all...his shoes are about 7 sizes bigger than hers... :)

Wellll...I think I'm gonna go now...I need some sleep before camp starts! I don't know how I made it through Family Camp being as tired as I was and I definitely don't want to be that sleepy this time around!

You know what? I'm starting to realize that maybe I am starting to enjoy this blogging thing more than I thought I would! Unlike chatting...I can talk to this little white box allll I want and it never says anything! I like that :)

Welll..right now I'm sitting in Dessie's house alll alone...she had an ortho appt and Stevie took her...as for me...well I wanted to stay in bedddd! :P

Okay so guess who got the best news ever yesterday? If you said annyybodyyy except CINDI LEIGH SHAW then you would be totallyyyy and completely wrong! So here I am..laying in bed...head hurting like the dickens...and Grace texts me and says....PAUL SAID YOU COULD STAY WITH US :) Okay..no, not forever. But to visit!! I'm soooo excited! This trip just adds to all the summer stuff I've loveeddd so far! First I got to go to Family Camp which was amazinngggg! In 2 days we're leaving for convention and then Sr. Camp is the day after convention is over...The assembly isn't too far away...and now I get to go to Arizona?!?! Lucky kiddd :)

Soooo I guess I'm about to go eat some breakfast :) [[Something that is microwavable or toaster-able :)]]

good morning =)
i guess while des is sleeping, cindi will bloggg! these past couple days haven't been very exciting...
on the 4th we actually sat in dessie's room and watched Fools Gold and 27 Dresses instead of fireworks :) they were greattt movies!
yesterday we went w/ stevie to visit her boys...it was hotttt oustide!
when we got back here donavon (destiny's dad) wanted us to go out to eat so we ended up at the golden corral...can't say its my favorite but i ate soooo much! haha :)
i'm soooo ready for convention and it will be hard for sr. camp to compare to family camp but i'm excited about it!
see, until this year i would have to say church camp has been the highlight of my summer since i was 8. when mamy and uncle rob took me to family camp...that changed! i STILL can't stop talking about how wonderful it was and allll the blessings i received..and i'm sooo ready to go back next summer!

my mom is doing veryyyy good...of course she still has her faults, but God can help her work through every one of them so keep praying for my family :)

todayyy:::i hear the plans are to go to a baseball game? anywaysss..i'll take tons of pics w/ my NEW digital camera :):):) yes, i bought it myself. i'm sooo proud!

Today we went shoppinggg!! I got 2 SUPER cute pairs of shoes for camp//convention//church..all that good stuff::a new skirt and a purse.. =) I'm sooo excited!! haha

Okey dokey Gracie Mouse..I guess there is no good answer to your question of what is next for me and Destiny..b/c we have no clue =) haha I know that we're staying here at her house in Ft. Smith until Mamy comes to pick us up for convention and church camp [[sooo everyone be praying for that please and thankssss]]

Yesterday we got here at like 7:30 so since the day was pretty much over with we just ate pizza and got in bed to watch our favorite movie in the wholleeee worllddd [[LOVE&&BASKETBALL]] Yess, it's pretty fabulous. Today, we went swimming in their new poool! It was great..but I have to admit..the water was a little on the FREEZING side and I HATEEEE cold water *tear* However, I wasn't a little stink. I got in the water. Yay Cindi =))

I guess there's not much to say..I'm reallyyy excited about convention, camp and the assembly..all coming up super soon!! Ooooh yeah!! Shopping!! Stevie [[Des' stepmom]] is taking us shooppinngggggg Thursday! I need some new skirts, shirts, dresses, shoes...anything I can buy really =) haha

heelllooo everybody!

well, yesterday morning we left mamy's house and came to nana and papa's in mtn view...it's usually about a six to seven hour drive but stopping at mcdonalds for an hour among bathroom stops tends to make it longerrrr!

sooo we finally got here and visited for a while before going to bed...this morning i woke up to loud voices...children of course!! there are about twenty people here alllll the time! =)

tomorrow morning we're going to church and then mamy is going back home with a new load of kids...although me and destiny both know she will miss her two favorite nieces verrryyy much!! it's okay though. the others have great examples to follow =) =) now, they will never be THE favorites, but close enough!

i think mamy is going to drop me and des off at destiny's house in ft. smith...lucky for cindi they just got a new pooooll!! woo hoo!

anyways...i don't have a very interesting life =) so this is it for today!

heyy you guys!!

i'm not a flake yet! here i am AGAIN! haha this is more than i ever posted on my other blog so be happyyyyyy for me!

welll yesterday was pretty average...of course all the teenagers were a fantastical help to mamy with all the chitlins =) ookay so all we really do is feed them and swim with them but still =)

about 5 me and destiny rushed in the house with the rememberance of the revival in tulsa and asked mamy if we could go and she couldn't resist us! haha so we went and heard uncle gary [[barker]] preach and if you haven't ever experienced that...well...shame on you...he's what they call a character all right!

pizza was next! everyone was realllyyy suprised that mamy had left emma and madison home with uncle rob b/c they're so attached to her! but she nicely told them she needed a break and uncle rob QUICKLY corrected that mommy never needs a break from her babies, but she wanted them to spend alone time with daddy =) isn't that sweet? haha

we were all supposed to get up and go to the zoo this morning before it got hot...unfortunately everyone was tired from last night and we didn't make it! lol mamy did say she would take us to the mall though..now to guys that wouldn't be a fair trade huh? but to us...it was FABULOUS =) =) =)

welllll i guess i'm gonna go now...we're planning on leaving mamy's house tomorrow and going to mtn. view to see my nana and papa so we have to get our clothes washed and packed up!

gracie started out the day by telling me to keep up with my blog this time and not to flake out like the boys! haha soooo here i am!

it's about 10:30 and mamy made me, destiny, jessica, emma, and madison french toast for breakfast..yummy yummy delicious =) i'm guessing this will be the highlight of my day!

its really busy around here...the twins are two HUGE balls of energy and it takes all of us to keep up with them! and baby kaylee...well shes getting sick and i cant help but think i was sick before her so its probably my fault *tear*

for everybody at family camp: my mom got saved the sunday after we left camp!! it was so amazing...it wasnt a coincidence that we ended up going to austin that day...God has a plan for everyone and im SOOOO happy that my prayers were answered!
